The story behind Delta Theta

After eight years on our sorority's housing board, I saw firsthand how hard it is to properly manage house maintenance and member requests.

Too often, issues were tracked through emails, texts, phone calls, and hallway conversations. It was nearly impossible to know what had been reported, who was responsible, what had been completed, or what had quietly fallen through the cracks.

Like many fraternity and sorority housing organizations, we operate on a modest budget. Hiring a software development firm to build a custom solution wasn't financially realistic, and the commercial platforms we evaluated were either too expensive, too complex, or built for property management companies — not volunteer-led housing boards.

Delta Theta was created to solve that problem.

Designed specifically for fraternity and sorority housing, Delta Theta gives house directors, housing boards, and volunteers a simple, affordable way to report, assign, track, and resolve issues — all in one place. It replaces scattered communication with a clear, transparent record, so nothing gets lost between one board and the next.

But keeping a house running is about more than logging issues. It's a home — one that current members are trusted to live in, and that current and future boards are trusted to look after. That's the responsibility every housing board takes on, whether they call it that or not: caring for something that isn't just yours, on behalf of the people who call it home.

Delta Theta exists to support that responsibility — to make it a little easier to do well, and a little harder for anything important to slip through unnoticed.
